My name is Christina, a wife and mother to five children. Our journey and move to

Missouri a couple of years ago was a big part of making conscious choices for our

families health and long term vision, and that is how our homestead began. I started

making bread for our family because throughout the years as I became more conscious

about ingredients I could not find something that fully aligned with my standards for my

family. I knew that sourdough fermentation had many benefits for digestion and our gut

and I wanted to give that to my children and family so I taught myself the art of wild

yeast/sourdough a couple years ago and haven't looked back.
