Orders will be ready to pickup at about noon on Fridays and are available to pick up at any time before Spring Valley Herbs closes.

If for any reason you are unable to pick up your order on Friday, please let Spring Valley Herbs or us know as soon as possible to see if alternative arrangements can be made. Orders which are not picked up will become the property of Spring Valley Herbs with no refund possible.

If you have a subscription, and would like to skip a week you can go into your account's subscription page and select "skip this week" before the order deadline every Sunday night.

If you have containers to return, please note on the paperwork how many you are returning. This is important in order to accurately track your deposit charges.
